Okay, so great. Welcome to Session Four, and interestingly, we’re going to take another step forward into the science of how you can start to develop your mind, to become ever quicker and more creative.
0:25
For myself, I started this a number of years ago, probably 20 years ago now, and over that period, I’ve written 20 books, I’ve created cryptocurrency mind blowing programs, and worked and created businesses all over theworld, including movements. So it really is a fantastic journey that you’re going on to, but one of the first things that you need to recognize, which is an advantage for you, which I didn’t have access to, was brain wave frequencies.
0:54
Now neuroscience gives us a lot of information that can help us understand how our brains work so we can start to accelerate them. And brainwave frequencies is a really cool one, because you start to go, ah, that’s why my brain works in a certain way at a certain moment, and what I need to put it into so I can have far better results and have a far better life and just be more, you know, relaxed, and not have the stress and enjoying problems.
1:22
You just start to look at problems and go, caw, just give me another problem. I just want another one so I can solve it. Most of us are trying to avoid problems at the plague, oh, just leave me alone. But in this there’s a certain frequency of the brain that is a brainwave problem solving.
1:40
Guru, genius superpower that you have. But the problem is, is that you’ve been conditioned out of using it. Now we’re going to come back to that conditioning later, but in this session, we’re just going to go through those frequencies as a first look. Now I want you to imagine when you’re getting out of bed and, you know, just in the getting out of bed stage, you’re kind of like maybe going to the bars and cleaning your teeth and then thinking you’re maybe daydreaming, daydreaming a little bit at the time. That’s called your alpha brain wave.
2:13
It’s really function. It’s process driven. And really, while you’re in the process, you can do a little bit of daydreaming. That’s alpha beta, if you imagine, after you’ve cleaned your teeth, you got dressed, and you’re now walking down to the train station, and you’re wondering if you’re going to catch the train or not, or maybe it’ll be late, maybe you should walk a little faster, and you’re starting to calculate solutions to problems, basic problems.
2:40
That’s more your beta brainwave, and that’s how you’re spending most of your time. Most people are in either alpha or they’re in beta. But there is another one, it’s called gamma. And gamma is super cool. It’s an amazing creative state that is good for high level creative problem solving. And the more time you spend in gamma, the more your brain will grow. Okay, it’s going to be challenged more. It’s going to have to create more solutions.
3:11
And every time that happens, it changes the neuroplasticity of the brain, which basically means you’re creating more synapses, more connections between the neurons, and you’re just getting a two you know, actually say it very simply, and you’re praying to like neurons connecting with the synapses. You’re now getting loads of them connecting.
3:30
And if you’ve got loads of pathways in your head, I’m not saying you’ve only got one. At the moment. We’ve got trillions of these things, but the more you have, the more Kahn more you can navigate those connections, the more rapidly you’re going to be able to think. That means your thought to verbalization skills are going to be much more impressive, much more capable. You’re really just going to drop an intention into your mind, and off you’re going to go.
3:54
And that is a state called hemispheric synchronization and flow state, which is where we want to go. And that’s really gamma, all right, and we need to look at that as gamma. And you’ve got, you’ve got a, you know, a target in your mind. Now it’s called gamma, and you need to be able to put yourself into those opportunities where you’re challenging your mind.
4:15
Now to do that, we do something called Polymathic training, and if you want to you can go on there every night. We do it at eight o’clock, Central European Time. It’s a group call, which allows you to do that training, to challenge your mind, because at the moment, we’re just going through information, but it’s live situations, and for you to have to respond back, it’s got to be a two way street.
4:40
So frequency is very important. And there’s one other frequency I want to bring to your mind, and that is theta. Now, theta was the prevalent frequency when you were growing up, when you were young, at the age of, you know, 1234, and five, like a sponge, drawing it all in, super creative. That’s why you had that super creative genius level when you were a kid.
4:59
Now, what. Do you experience theta, where you might be in meditation, or when you’re just waking up in the morning, and you’re between that kind of dream state, and you’re keeping why? You know your eyes are starting to open. Maybe you’re drifting in and drifting out. That’s kind of theta. And if you can start to use that and start to manifest and control it, and start to drop intention in, then it will resolve everything.
5:23
It will give you the solutions to your problems and make you have masses of creativity. So what we want to be doing is not spending so much time in alpha and beta, which is where most people spend their lives. We want to be going into gamma and starting to manage theta. You
