Develop symbiotic awareness

So here we are in session 26 and this one’s about developing your symbiotic awareness. And we touched again again. You notice that we seed information earlier on, so it’s not as familiar to the mind when we return to it symbiotic awareness.

You can see all around you, or you can see the lack of it. If someone hasn’t got health issues, it’s to do with their symbiotic awareness. It’s to do with the unconscious mind being in ascendancy, the conscious mind being asleep, and there’s really no connection with the body. And to practice symbiotic awareness, you need to start to literally place your consciousness in a certain part of your body.

That means, like in your big toe. You know, until I actually talked about your big toe and mentioned it, you’ve just your big toe has gone to sleep, really, and your connection between it isn’t open. But if I ask you to put your consciousness into your big toe and wiggle it now you know where it is. It’s always been there, and you’re not asking of a very geography of where it is.

But what it’s done is it’s creating a connection in your mind and body. And the more you do that, the more you become respectful of that vehicle, which is a super cool vehicle that you have been gifted with that most people don’t even take care of. They’ll spend more money on their car each year. They’ll have it serviced, they’ll have it washed and have it cleaned. But you look at the person driving the car, and you go, what is going on there?

You know, they’ve often got a massive stomach, you know? You know that they’re just unfit. They can barely walk. They just don’t take care of themselves. And you wonder, why would you want to do that to the most perfect vehicle that exists on this planet? Why would you want to completely corrupt it in so many ways and even negate the longevity of your life by doing so, why would you want to do that? Symbiotic awareness is starting to not just be a vegan or a vegetarian or stuff like that.

It’s about saying to yourself, Okay, if I was my car, would I stick crap in the tank that fucked the engine? Would I would you? No, you wouldn’t. If you wouldn’t put in a petrol car, you wouldn’t put diesel, because it would stuff it, and it’s the same for you. So you’ve got to start to look at what you’re putting in your mouth and say, okay, is this a food that is going to be energetically good for me? Is it going to not just be good for me, but it’s going to be good for my brain?

Do I genuinely want my brain to go quicker? I don’t want to dull it down. This is the choice you make. This is choice. This is why people air away from choice, because they want to stay unconscious. They don’t want to know what’s in their food. They don’t know want to know how their food got in their plate, and they just don’t want to know what happens after it goes in their stomach. Either.

They don’t want to know anything. And that’s where we start to get a greater awareness. And it starts with the body and then moves out into the world around us. Because if you if you’re not, you know, I’ve seen people who have been, you know, trainers and coaches with people, and you know, they’re going, you should do this, and you should do that, and then they really are great lumps of lard.

And you go, you’re telling this person to do all these things, but you’re just not representing it yourself. You’re not being it. You’re not living it on a core level. Because if you were, why have you got the conflict between the mind and the body? Why is the mind saying, yes, you can have all of this, but the body is going, Yes, I want all of it because I want to eat the planet. This is really where we start to become more aware of what we’re doing. We’re starting to say, am I governed by wine? Am I governed by chocolate?

Am I actually doing anything that benefits my body to get it into a position that helps it get fitter and fitter and fitter, and thus supply your brain with more energy that you can start to draw on. Remember, we were drawing from the future. We’re drawing from the that you know. We’re drawing wisdom from the past, and we’re also drawing energy from our bodies in what we eat and drink, and we’re drawing energy from what we say, and we’re drawing energy from the quantum field.

And once we’ve got all this energy, surprise, surprise, we’ve got a whole lot more energy than we ever thought possible. This is what symbiotic awareness is. It’s starting to bring in everything together and starting to live the life that gets you the life that you want to go to, moving you from A to B so.
