Day 25

Change environment

0:06
As we go forward, we get each stage a little bit of a job for you to do, and it’s just a way of triggering thought in your mind to go. I hadn’t thought about it like that before. I hadn’t actually thought about it before, but now you’re starting to understand the patterns that are there that are difficult for you or anybody else to grasp.

0:26
And the next pattern that’s important, we touched on it in the last last episode. We touched on it because it’s incredibly important to have the right environment, to have the right community, to grow the mine. Now, if you take a seed and stick it on a piece of concrete, is it going to grow? Well, no, it’s just going to wither and die because it’s not getting the right nutrients.

0:50
It’s not getting the right, you know, protection. It’s not getting anything. It’s exposed. And that’s a bit like yourself, unless you have the environment of support from people, and that’s why community is incredibly important to mental growth. You’ve got, you’re going to find it difficult.

1:08
You’re waving against yourself, and the current environment you’re in is probably highly unlikely to have people around you that want the best for you as far as your mental growth. They want you to be at the same level, but if you start to go ahead, they’re going to make that feel rather awkward to you, and you’re going to feel a bit awkward because their kind of conversations aren’t going to work out so well anymore, because you’re just going to be wanting to talk about more expansive subjects all the time, because every time you do, it will expand your mind, and you’ll feel that every time you have a conversation.

1:40
So environment is important. Community is incredibly important, and that’s why we have the CO create a better world community. And the Polymathic training that I’ve talked about every night, it’s eight o’clock to nine o’clock, Central European Time, and it’s where you join a community and you start to learn Polymathic training in its own right, flow state, hemispheric synchronization, and you’re put to the test.

2:04
You’ve got to keep exercising your mind to get it to these higher states. If you think you can just read a book and go to a higher state, well, sorry, you’re still in the bandwidth, still reading the book, Getting information, but it’s not doing anything like that. Information itself will not change the new neuroplasticity of your mind, you can have as much as you like. You’ve got to immerse the mind with challenges and changes. So that means that environment is a key, and there are three keys that are essential to mental acceleration.

2:34
One is introspection, that’s asking yourself better quality questions. The problem with it is we do not know what we do not know. So how do we know what questions to ask ourselves to get better quality questions? Hmm, that’s a bit of a one. That’s why you need the second thing, which is guidance. That means someone can ask you those questions and say, Well, what do you think of this? Why do you think that it’s not about coaching someone. It’s about getting them to ask themselves questions that are the fundamentals that allow the brain to grow.

3:07
This is how we grow as human beings, through our social connections, through our social contact. But if it’s focused in a direction, it’s super more powerful. This is why getting into your community like CO create is incredibly important for your mental growth, and it also gives you a lot of support. Because, you know, if you’re moving from one world that was non progressive and maybe limiting in the people that were there, not saying you’ve got to give them up, but you’re starting to realize there is another way of looking at things, and you need that conversation.

3:40
You need that level of communication, and you need to start to explore that. So we need introspection, guidance, and we need community. Because community, when you’re working with one, one to one with someone, you’re relying on their view.

3:55
But if you’ve got multiple views coexisting at the same time, and people are learning something called non combative argument, where they’re taking a position and arguing a particular view and then immediately taking the absolute opposite and being able to effectively argue from the opposite position. That means they’re developing their empathetic skills in a really cool way.

4:19
They’re also developing their oratory skills in the fact that they can now communicate at far more advanced levels and controlling emotions, so they can start to direct it in a way that has a greater impact, especially in business, especially in the boardroom, especially in relationships, especially in every aspect of your life.

4:38
And once you’ve got your mind focused into a channel, state of hemispheric synchronization, and you’re dropping the intention into the mind, and you’re asking the subconscious, the unconscious mind, to do all the work for you. You’re in a really good mind space, and you don’t want to have all those samsonites still hanging around, or that static or the negative voice, all of that that’s gone. We’re now where we’re meant to be, and we can start to accelerate away and.
