Toxic stress & brain damage

In the last session, we started to identify a little bit of a problem that you’re up against. We know that at the age of five that you are super creative, regardless of what you want. Maybe want to be part of the 2% but they had cognitive difficulties. Now 98% they were the ones that were genius and innovative, and you want to be back to that, because that’s going to make life a lot easier.

But unfortunately, there’s a few things that have happened between then and now. You’ve been exposed to other people’s opinions what they want. You know what you thought were superior figures. You know people that you have authority, that you could take information from, and you’ve got to conform to what other people want to from you and do a job that you’re conforming to. Because maybe it seemed like a good job at the beginning, but over time, it just gets more and more rebellative, repetitive and dull you want to, you know, imbibe yourself with more extravagant thought and expand that my mind of yours into every which way possible.

So the next problem we’re going to encounter is something called toxic stress, and once you become aware of this, you can start to work against it. It’s a bit like realizing that if you, you know, eat food that’s crap, you’re going to probably have a crap digestive system, and it’s not going to work out for you very well in the long run, toxic stress is what all the people on the planet right now are exposed to in a way that wasn’t there quite a few years ago, my parents had three TV channels.

Rarely read a newspaper, and they really just went through life doing work and not really thinking about bigger existential subjects or what was going on in the world unless it was planted right front and center in front of them. And back then, watching the news was quite popular, so it wasn’t like they were detached from the world, but certainly not to the level of exposure you and I have, because we’ve got links to the internet all day long through our phones. It wasn’t just like back then, you know nine o’clock news now it’s every minute of the day. You can be exposed to huge amounts of negative information.

And if you look at the news, it’s not governed by positive stuff, like this guy did this, or this girl did that, and what wonderful people we are. It’s all about pain and suffering, because that kind of sells newspapers, because most people in society, in their in a negative vortex of the energetic field. Do you remember we talked about positive energy and negative energy within yourself?

Well, we also have that as a society there. There’s a whole energetic field created by society, and at the moment, it’s in a highly negative vortex. Everything is inverted, and everything is very, very negative. But to work against that, you’ve got to start to think your way out of it. Think your way out of the mind maze, the mice mindset. So you can start to have that mind clarity and clear that mind. So you’ve got mind space to become that sort of crucible that you can emotione And imagine it into.

But unfortunately, you and I have both been exposed to masses of toxic stress throughout our recent lives, and this means that it’s damaged our brains. We actually have brain damage. Toxic stress means that the synapses of the brains in the in the neocortex, this part of the brain, they’ve been corroded, and this means that they’re not working and firing in the way they used to when you were a child, hence why you’re getting a little bit of brain fog.

Maybe you’re not keeping up with things as quickly as you might be, and you’re not being anywhere near as creative as you were when you were a child. And that is a difficult situation. But the good news is that this can be repaired. Yep, you’ve got brain damage, but your brain has something called neuroplasticity, and that changes based on you got it function, intention and environment, and if you put yourself in the right place, and you start to work your brain out with the right people, and you’ve got that real vibe, that energetic vibe, that can support you. Then your brain starts to repair.

It starts to get bigger and better. It’s not going to pop out your ears, but I’m just talking about the amazing capacity of a brain to think quicker, verbalize quicker, create more, really critically, think in a better way, creatively, problem solve, empathize in a much more powerful way that you know each one of these has a considerable benefit to your life, and as well as CO creating, that means you’re starting to work with other people.

Each one of these are difficult in their own right. Very few people critically think because of that toxic stress, their their brain is really fried, and that’s not very nice. It’s not very nice for anyone. You know, it’s not about calling someone dumb. It’s about noticing that really what in the social terms, is happening to us as a realistic point of view. And unless you’re aware of this, you’re not really going to be able to make any difference to it. And.

That is a key part of mental accelerate, acceleration, especially to consciousness, because you’re becoming more aware of what you didn’t know before, and that means that you can make the steps necessary to navigate your way out of it, do.
