A to B Identity

Okay, so welcome to day two, and we’re going to talk about the shift. And then, out of 30 days of Real Techniques and information that you need, this is the first one you need to get right. It’s the basics.

You have an A identity, and you have a B identity. And the way to look at this is that if you were to get to your last day on this planet, maybe you’re 80, and, you know, you’ve got to look back across your life, and you met your alternative self.

Now, the one that you’re in at the moment is your A identity, and it’s, you know, got struggles, it’s got difficulties, it’s got problems, it’s got regret, it’s got remorse, it’s got fear, it’s got all of these things trying to get through life and E and an ego that’s trying to keep pushing you forward and say, No, it’s It’s all right, don’t worry about it.

So if you get to that last day and you meet your B self, your better self. Just imagine here, imagine what they will be like, what they’ve had a life that they didn’t have any problems, they didn’t have any worries. They sailed through life like a knife through butter, and they enjoyed every minute a problem wasn’t a problem. It was an opportunity. It was a way of thinking that great.

What can I create in this new opportunity? The past wasn’t something you wanted to hang on to. The future was an adventure to explore. You didn’t suffer something called toxic stress that brought you down and destroyed the synapses in your brain. You didn’t really worry about anything. You didn’t care if other people liked you or didn’t like you, weren’t worried about what they were thinking. You were just floating through life and enjoying the ride every moment.

And in that way, you know your thinking was all about abundance. It was all about creating new opportunity and just having lots of love and passion and fun. That’s your B person. Okay, now pair and contrast that with the a person that you’re existing in at the moment. I mean, are you really full of energy, any every minute? Are you sort of living the life of your dreams?

Is that what you’re doing, or are you fundamentally settling for a job or a role or a business that is not doing it for you, but you keep on working hard. And I want you to forget working hard to start with, this is something that we’re programmed from school to learn as a system, that if we don’t work hard, we’re going to fail, and that we need to kick that one out, because that’s a useless program.

It doesn’t get us anywhere. Hard work is not what makes success, and it doesn’t make happiness, living life to the max and having passion, fun and adventure does. And if you’re not getting up every day and looking forward to the day and creating that day on the spot, and you’ve got lots of systems that you have to do jobs, to do people that want things from you, expectations from other people, and we’ve got to clear that out, because that’s your a life, that’s your a person. And to get out of that and to get into a B person, you’ve got to imagine here and emotion here, what that person would be like.

Okay, so that’s the better person. You could say you’re a person is your asshole person. It’s the one that’s just suffering lots of programs and adopted unconscious programs and just trying to get on with life. That’s who you are. That’s who we all are, because we start on this journey unconscious but thinking we’re conscious. So we’ve got to look at what consciousness is.

Consciousness is a state of awareness, a state of abundance, a state of where you see opportunity everywhere, rather than conforming and contracting to the way society wants you to be. Society wants you to be and stuck in your A identity, whereas we me and hopefully you, because I’m going to try and convince you that you know you can be more than you are, but you’re going to probably try and convince me back, no, you can’t be.

You know you don’t deserve to be, or you’re not good enough. And all the things and all the crap that goes through your mind, we want to offload that because to mentally accelerate, you can’t be carrying all that bullshit around with you. You’ve got to clear it out completely, and that’s a very key part.

But to start with, what we do is we emotionally and imagine that B person. So what your homework is is to write down what that B person would be like, You know what that ideal person, and let your imagination fly. Let you you know, think about when you were five, and think about how much better life could have been if you could have been that big person, and then put that energy into yourself and say to yourself, I want to be that big person at all costs, and I’m going to devote the rest of my life. Life to becoming that B person, so I can live life to the max. You.
