Well, welcome to day 17 in our mission, our 30 day challenge to accelerate the mind and in this particular session, no different to all the others. We’re going to go into some particular aspect of another block in the wall that will help you towards your goal. And we need to use maybe a little bit of information to use, like an uppercut left hook and a right hook. But the information in itself is not the most important thing here.
0:39
You know, when people talk about knowledge is power. That’s okay, but it’s not strictly true. It’s actually the wisdom that knowledge gives you provides the power. And in this case, we know that the neuroplasticity of the mind can change to expand your bandwidth, give you a bigger understanding of the worldview that you’ve got, so you’ve got more flexibility to become more creative and to be able to have more opportunity lead a better life where you’re not suffering toxic stress and emotional ups and downs.
1:10
This is what we’re going through, and we’re doing it in a way that allows you to take it piece by piece, and information here is very important in this wall that we’re building to elevate you. It’s not a wall from information. It’s to build you up. And one of the things that we use as techniques in mental acceleration, and there are many of them, is to seed information a little bit earlier on in the conversation, and we reframe and we repeat, because the brain it needs to have this. It’s just like when you go to the gym, you can’t just do one exercise and suddenly you’ve got a massive muscle.
1:46
That would be great. You’ve got to keep working it out, and the brain’s exactly the same. And just like with the gym, you have to repeat information. But again, like within the gym, you go to different exercises machines and you just get the same muscle worked out, but in a different way, to keep you a little bit occupied. And it’s the same here. So when we’re coming to this particular session, we want to look at something we delved into a little bit, and that was how at the age of five, you have a genius level of innovative and creative capacity.
2:17
Now, 98% of children have this and where these figures come from. Are a guy called Dr George land is dead now, unfortunately, because a very wise man and Dr Beth Jarman, who worked for NASA in 1995 and NASA wanted to fight innovative minds because useless having a process left brain driven mind and when you want to innovate new ideas. So that’s what they were looking for.
2:43
So Dr land and Beth John, when they created this mechanism to really identify what an innovative mind was, and they did it with adults with great success, and they thought, well, hang on a minute. Why can’t we apply this same principle to children? So they did, and they researched over 1200 children, and lo and behold, they found some amazing results.
3:06
And the first result that was important was that at the age of 590, 8% of the children had that genius level of innovative, creative capacity that NASA was looking for. But what was happening after that was a little bit distressing, because by the time the age of 10 came about, only really around about 22% 25% actually had that genius level left. And by the time 15 came about, it was down to about 12% and by the time you’re 31 it’s down to 2% of the population. So what we know is something is happening.
3:42
Your mind is being exposed to something that is constantly suppressing it down and down and down. Now, given that information, as I said at the beginning, if you wish to choose that you can expand your mind, then that will happen, because that’s the instruction you’re giving your mind. If you say, Oh no, I’m a bit too bored. I don’t really want to do that, you know, I’m I’ve got to protect my brain from any kind of influence.
4:08
Then you’re going to stick where you are, and it’s just going to be a gradual decline. So this is a good position to revisit that information, because at the age of five, we have something called the theta brain wave. Now we discussed that earlier, within the brainwave mechanisms that we touched upon in that particular section, we looked at alpha, looked at beta, we looked at gamma, looked at theta, and theta you still retain. And a lot of people, they go into a meditative state to try to get into that theta brainwave so they can relax and have more creativity.
4:41
But really what we want is that theta brainwave really working for us, not that we have to sit down and meditate rather than just use our day to be able to drop into it. And the theta brainwave is something that allows you to go into these super creative states and link that up with the problem solving case. Probability of the gamma and the hemispheric synchronization.
5:03
And now you’re getting to see what mental acceleration is all about. It’s a super cool place that does no end to it, but you’ve got to keep working your mind now. And as I’ve said before, you’ve been in a position where you’ve been, should we say, suppressed by lots of conditioning that society wants to give you to keep your thinking down.
5:24
And at this point in the process that we’re going through, you might be wanting to think about just how accelerated your mind you want to have, and that’s going to require you putting a little bit more effort in, a little bit more time. Five minutes a day is okay, but if you want to start upgrading that to an hour a day with Polymathic training, you’re going to get much bigger results.
5:48
And if you want to upgrade that to the bigger levels of training, which is like three hours intensive, you’re going to get huge results. So it really depends on how long you want to stay in the same position. Unfortunately, probably 98% of people just want to stay where they are. Please let me through life without anyone noticing me. But I’m guessing the fact that you’ve got here means that you want an impact.
6:13
You want to be able to make the world a better place, and you’re going to do anything in your power to achieve that. Just at the moment, you’re working with a thin bandwidth, not as big as it could go by a long way, and you need to upgrade those communication confidence and creativity skills go into states of hemispheric synchronization and flow state, and also have masses of creativity just dropping in your mind and innovation. So that’s what we’re starting to build towards at the moment. So I’ll see you in the next session. You.
