Okay, so now we’re into session five and five. We want to look at the brain again from another angle. We want to talk about that word neuroplasticity, and how we can start to change the structure of our brains by what we think, what we ask our brains to do, the intention and the environment.
0:33
Okay, so if we start to understand this, we can start to move down the road towards the outcome that we want, and the outcome is where you’re feeling much, much happier, you’ve got more energy, life becomes a breeze, and you’re starting to enjoy it, and you’re starting to be that B person and have that big worldview, and you’re starting to have an impact, and money ceases to be a problem, and you’re living in a state of abundance. But to do that again, we start to look at the brain and say, Okay, we need to have an answer for the question. How can we do that?
1:03
Otherwise we just left a bit more positive thinking. You go, Yeah, I need to think positively, whatever that might be. That’s why positive thinking doesn’t work. We’re not changing the neuroplasticity of the mind. And what we’re doing in these sessions is just taking little baby steps to understanding the science behind it, and you’re getting to do a few things that will start to change the way that you think and accelerate the mind.
1:29
Okay, so in this one, the neuroplasticity of the mind changes, as I said, on function, intention and environment. It does change on other things. It changes on ingestion of chemicals, whether that’s a drink that you have, or the tobacco you smoke, or the psychedelics you use, it does change the structure. But these things are not so controllable. They’re not so they’re not so developable.
1:57
As far as function, intention and environment, these are my things that you as an individual can immediately start to take control of and say, Okay, I’m going to do this, or I’m going to do that. So let’s start with function. Function is what you’re really you’re putting your brain to on a daily basis. And this comes to levels of frequency on the mind, how the mind works.
2:19
So you’ve got, first off, if you want a process driven job, and most of your day is spent in process left brain convergent thinking, then that’s where your brain is going to get stuck. And your function is very limited. It’s the first level of five frequencies we’re going to go through later. That’s function. So what you want your brain to do. Intention is really what you drop into your mind, okay? If you want to make the world a better place, that’s your intention, and then your brain, your unconscious mind, working at 40 million bits of data.
2:53
If it’s convinced that you’re sincere, will start working towards that. But to work towards it, it’s got to undo and unlearn everything that stopped it. That’s everything that creates what we call a holistic identity that’s you at the moment, and that’s a bit of a problem, because you’re going to have a bit of resistance to that.
3:14
And there’s a number of reasons that we’re going to go through in the sessions to help you free that feeling up. Because, as I say, within this I’m very much selling you to be the better version, the B version of yourself, and probably the A version isn’t buying it just, I can’t be bothered with that. I just watched a little bit of Netflix. What’s this guy talking about?
3:35
But really, if you want the brain of your dreams, the brain that you were born to have, and by the way, you were robbed of through the educational system that suppressed it and took all that potential away. If you want that brain, you’ve got to commit to having it. And that means function, intention and environment, where you place your brain is going to be very important to its growth.
4:02
That means, if you place it in an office where you’re sitting in front of computer, that people who really don’t have any aspiration whatsoever, and they talk about the football, they talk about the garden, they talk about the weather, that’s it. Very low frequency, very low bandwidth, okay?
4:20
And also worldview very small if you spend 90% of your time in the company of those people, what do you expect as a result? Well, your brain’s neuroplasticity is the ultimate survival mechanism. It reduces down so you can feel comfortable in an environment that probably when you weren’t there, you thought, I feel really uncomfortable.
4:43
It optimizes the brain’s capacity to work within a small environment or an expensive environment. So where you place your brain, if it’s an expensive environment, with people that want to move forward and want to help you as much as you want to help them and you want to co create a better world.
5:00
Well, that’s going to help your brain expand so function, intention and environment are very important to your growth of the mind and mental acceleration you.
